Due to the Chinese Spring Festival is around the corner, our factory is very busy with massive orders from customers. The production line is short of hand and it is hard to meet with our clients delivery lead time. Another reason is that some of our supplier increase the material prices and even if you pay your deposit money, it is hard to get the material what you need. Not only the electronic materials are on the rise, but also packing material increased price is out of our expectation. The direct result for the price adjustment is that we have to increase our finished products price accordingly for about 15% start from year of 2017. Therefore, some clients decide to place order before the new year to avoid price increase after year of 2017.
Our top management release an announcement that all the office clerk should be take part in the production line once a week , in order to support the production department. We will be on duty for overtime at night to work in production line for total two hours. Everybody should not be absent, if you have something to deal with, you have to ask for a leave and get the approval from our general manager. What I am concerned about is that if the factory will give us the corresponding extra overtime payment or not. I think we deserve the extra overtime fees through our hard work. I will be on duty next Monday, we always busy with work on Monday. I will be dog tired and no other choice, we have to obey the factory’s arrangement. We do not have rights to say no.
